National Grid’s contributions are primarily awarded to nonprofit organizations in the following categories:
  • Education
  • Energy related organizations
  • Environment
To be eligible for funding considerations:
  • Organization should comply with applicable laws to ensure nonprofit status remains current
  • Organization should provide required documentation (i.e. budget, proposals as applicable)
  • Organization should serve the community without discrimination on the basis of race, color, sex, age, religion, national or ethnic origin, or disability
  • Project or event should serve customers in National Grid's service territory
