E-Invoicing
National Grid has partnered with Xign Corporation to administer a web-based solution that will combine Electronic Purchase Order Delivery, Invoice Submission, Electronic Payment & Remittance Receipt, and Invoice Status into one application.
  • Receive purchase orders, submit invoices, and get paid electronically without mail delays.
  • View current status on any invoice you submit electronically.
  • Real-time validation of invoices at submission to avoid exception delays.

Procurement Direct Payment Permits
National Grid has the authorization to pay use taxes directly to the tax authorities as required for goods and services. By clicking on the following link, you will be able to view and print the appropriate certificate for your records. Please note that we have separate permits for New York and Massachusetts. Also, do not include sales tax for goods and services delivered in the state of New Hampshire.
eSourcing
National Grid has implemented a new web based sourcing system called eSourcing.
  • The eSourcing application automates the existing Sourcing Process
  • This is the platform that National Grid supports for all contract renewals and requests contracts
  • It does not change what is done, but changes how it is done
  • The system will provide a consistent sourcing approach that will result in more of information received from your responses, resulting is faster decision making
